Gender Advocacy in Afghanistan

This newsletter produced by the Afghanistan Country Programme presents factual information, statistics, and references relevant to at least four different Afghanistan-centred gender issues every month. The purpose of the newsletter is to facilitate gender-based campaigning by Afghan community leaders, journalists, and members of civil society organizations.

An important philosophy behind the newsletter is that men are crucial partners in the fight for gender equality. At least one of the gender issues highlighted each month will be a gender issue from a male perspective.
